For 01005 micro-components (the smallest package we can handle), our mounting deviation is strictly controlled within ±0.015mm, with an angular deviation of less than 0.5°, which also ensures the stable mounting of 0201 components (the smallest used on smart ring boards) and effectively guarantees soldering quality, signal integrity, and long-term reliability of the smart ring's electronic system.
Smart rings have extremely strict requirements for size and flexibility, with an inner diameter of only 15-20mm in most cases. The PFC flexible board used must be ultra-thin (controlled below 0.08mm) to fit into the narrow internal space, and we can provide solutions with a minimum overall thickness of 0.04mm (0.025mm PI substrate + 0.01mm copper foil).
Despite the ultra-thin design, these PFC flexible boards need to carry 6 layers of circuits to support core functions such as heart rate monitoring, blood oxygen detection, and sleep tracking.
